Video playback and active live stream ingest/viewing will remain completely uninterrupted throughout the window.

New video processing tasks - including encoding, re-encoding, transcription, and Smart Generate, will experience minor processing delays for new uploads, and creating new live streams or triggering stream failovers may be briefly unavailable; all delayed jobs will automatically resume processing as soon as the upgrade completes.
