Resolved

The logging delays have been resolved. We are currently working on preventing this from happening again in the future.

Monitoring

The underlying issue has been resolved, however, logs are still delayed as the old logs are being processed by the system. We estimate new logs might continue to be delayed for a couple of hours until the backlog is resolved.

Investigating

We are currently aware of logging delays on the logging API and dashboard where some logs are not appearing in a timely manner. We are working on bringing the system back to normal. Realtime log forwarding is not affected.
