Connectivity Issues In Canada

We were made aware of connectivity issues in East Canada to our Toronto datacenter starting at around 22:30 UTC and lasting approximately 1.5 hours. Unfortunately, our system did not completely detect the outage automatically. At approximately 01:00 UTC, we were made aware of the problem and applied a manual fix.

We are currently investigating our monitoring systems as to why the traffic was not automatically offloaded correctly to prevent similar issues in the future.
