After a period of monitoring, we are no longer seeing any issues and the system is back to normal.

Monitoring

We found the source of the issue related to a failure on one of the servers. We have issued a fix and added additional systems to automatically detect and prevent similar issues in the future. The problem should be resolved now, but we are continuing to monitor the situation.

We are currently investigating an increase of upload errors in the Falkenstein region affecting a small number of uploads.
